CASTRO MARINA (LE)
The interventions for the port of Castro Marina for which we intervened were:
- demolition of the roof of the building, after dismantling the covers and walls in Lecce stone, flooring in the upper square;
- reconstruction of the floor and waterproofing;
- removal of floors and internal wall coverings;
- replacement of all internal flooring;
- refurbishment of internal and external plasters;
- replaced the bituminous mantle by the roofing of the floor, remaking of a waterproofed slope boulder and pavement constituting the practicable square above;
- all electrical, water-sewage and thermal systems have been redone;
- installation of bathroom for the disabled and replacement of air conditioners;
- replaced all internal and external fixtures and protective gates;
- built ramp for the disabled.
