Anfiteatro Rudiae – Lecce

First of all, the goal of the project was to obtain a complete recovery of the Rudiae Amphitheater.
For this reason, various archaeological excavations have been carried out at the Rudiae Amphitheater in Lecce, in particular:

• systemic weeding;
• stratigraphic excavations;
• scientific and operational assistance for the excavation.

Following the archaeological excavation, innovative fruition tools were prepared.

In conclusion, the aim was to enhance the good and encourage cooperation.
In fact, during the implementation phase of the interventions, there was collaboration between various local subjects such as:

• Municipality of Lecce;
• University of Salento;
• Archaeological Superintendence of Puglia
• Local businesses too.
