Porto Castro Marina (LE)

The interventions for the port of Castro Marina for which we intervened were:

• demolition of the roof of the building, after dismantling the covers and walls in Lecce stone, flooring in the upper square;
• reconstruction of the floor and waterproofing;
• removal of floors and internal wall coverings;
• replacement of all internal flooring;
• refurbishment of internal and external plasters;
• replaced the bituminous mantle by the roofing of the floor, remaking of a waterproofed slope boulder and pavement constituting the practicable square above;
• all electrical, water-sewage and thermal systems have been redone;
• installation of bathroom for the disabled and replacement of air conditioners;
• replaced all internal and external fixtures and protective gates;
• built ramp for the disabled.
