“La Villa” – Bigolino (TV)

The works of “La Villa” in Bigolino di Valdobbiadene (TV) first of all involved a partial building renovation and subsequently the improvement and seismic adaptation of the real estate unit.

In particular, the intervention involved various processes, such as:

• Tracking, construction site and additionally crane assembly;
• Demolitions and in particular construction of tracks;
• Reinforcement of wooden floor and above all roof structures;
• Installation of sanitary ware;
• Construction site, crane disassembly and subsequent construction site cleaning;
• Restoration of floors and in particular new construction of external and internal frames.

The construction phases consist of:

• Concrete foundations;
• first electrical, then mechanical and then special systems;
• Lines of under services in property grounds;
• Connections to the sewer line and to the municipal aqueduct, not in property sites;
• Plasterboard walls;
• Flooring and also coatings.
