Nicolì S.p.A. was founded in 1979 as a family business by the forefather Salvatore, who, in the early 1950s, started specialising in the noble art of restoration.
Since the very beginning, passion and commitment have been fundamental for establishing Nicolì S.p.A. as a major leader in the field of conservation and restoration of cultural heritage.
Nicolì S.p.A., now in its third generation, stands out in the Italian business landscape for its experience, innovative approach and expertise. Over the years, we have also being diversifying our activities by investing in the hospitality industry and in the occupational health and safety sector.

Since 1979, Nicolì S.p.A. has gained extensive and important experience in both civil construction and restoration.
Our Executive Board, engineering and design staff, made up of highly-specialised technicians, always work towards and achieve the highest quality and excellence for every project.
Yet, our “added value” is certainly represented by restorers and workers, who are highly skilled and of proven experience.
We are Men and Women committed to ensuring, with passion and reliability, the best results in all our areas of intervention: from the restoration of monuments to the restoration of historical buildings; from archaeological excavations to the restoration of frescoes, canvas and sculptural and wooden elements; then moving on to civil and industrial construction.

Thanks to the experience gained, Nicolì S.p.A. has achieved important restoration certifications.
We are eligible for:

“Restoration of Historical Buildings and Monuments” (category OG2), for UNLIMITED amount, classification VIII;

“Restoration of frescoes, canvas, sculptural and wooden elements, etc.” (category OS2), for amounts up to € 5.165.000, classification V;
-
“Archaeological excavations” (category OS25), classification IV;
-
“Civil Construction” (category OG1) and “Technological Systems” (category OG11).
Nicolì S.p.A. has a quality management system UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, (as certified by QGEST S.R.L., certification n. Q/0080/06, dated 01/12/2006).
We also have an environmental management system ISO 14001:2015, as certified by LegalCert SHPK, for the construction and maintenance of buildings, restoration of real estate or of decorated surfaces under protection.
